Israeli 兵士 gets 18 months' 刑務所，拘置所 for 殺人，大当り 負傷させるd Palestinian 攻撃者

TEL AVIV, Feb 21 (Reuters) - A young Israeli 兵士 who killed a 負傷させるd and incapacitated Palestinian 加害者 was 宣告，判決d to 18 months' 監禁，拘置 on Tuesday, in a show of leniency that drew Palestinian 乱暴／暴力を加える after one of the most 意見の不一致を生じる 裁判，公判s in イスラエル's history.
Eleven months ago, Sergeant Elor Azaria was serving as an army medic in the town of Hebron in the 占領するd West Bank when two Palestinians stabbed and 負傷させるd another 兵士.
One of the 加害者s was 発射 dead by 軍隊／機動隊s. The other was 発射 and 負傷させるd. Eleven minutes later, as the 負傷させるd man, Abd Elfatah Ashareef, 21, lay on the ground unable to move, Azaria, then 19, took 目的（とする） with his ライフル銃／探して盗む and put a 弾丸 in his 長，率いる.

In one 投票, nearly half of Israeli Jews said any Palestinian 攻撃者 should be killed on the 位置／汚点／見つけ出す.

Passing an 18-month 宣告，判決, the 法廷，裁判所 said Azaria, whom it demoted to the 階級 of 私的な, had "taken upon himself to be both 裁判官 and executioner" and had not 表明するd 悔いる for his 罪，犯罪.
But it said it was passing a はしけ 宣告，判決 than requested partly because it had been Azaria's first 戦闘 experience and his 記録，記録的な／記録する had been unblemished up until then. Nonetheless, Ilan Katz, one of Azaria's defence 弁護士／代理人／検事s, said they would 控訴，上告 the 過失致死 有罪の判決.
"They are laughing at us," Ashareef's father, Yusri, told Reuters after the 宣告，判決 was 発表するd. The Palestinian 政府 said the 決定／判定勝ち（する） gave Israeli 兵士s a "green light" to carry out "死刑執行s" without 恐れる of real 罰.
"HE DESERVES TO DIE"

At his 裁判，公判, Azaria said he believed the Palestinian, though motionless, still 提起する／ポーズをとるd a danger because his knife was nearby, and that he might have been carrying 爆発性のs. "He deserves to die," Azaria was 引用するd in the 判決 as telling another 兵士 after pulling the 誘発する／引き起こす.
After the 宣告，判決ing, there was no 即座の comment from 総理大臣 Benjamin Netanyahu, who is on an 公式訪問 to Singapore and Australia. すぐに after Azaria's 逮捕（する）, the 右翼 leader took the unusual step of calling the 兵士's family to 表明する his sympathy.

In the courtroom, in a 軍の base in central Tel Aviv, Azaria's family and friends sang Hatikva, the Israeli 国家の 国家, after the 裁判官s left.
