Czech PM's party 提案するs higher 税金s for bigger 会社／堅いs, high earners
PRAGUE, Feb 21 (Reuters) - The Czech 共和国's 与党 will 提案する 税金 削減（する）s for most 従業員s and small companies and 補償する for the 減少（する） in 歳入 by raising 税金s on large companies and people making higher 給料, 総理大臣 Bohuslav Sobotka said on Tuesday.
The Czech 共和国, a European Union member country but not a member of the euro zone, has a history of strong 会計の 管理／経営. But its 経済成長 has lagged the 残り／休憩（する） of central Europe in 最近の years, slowing its 進歩 in converging with the richer west European economies.
"The 進歩／革新的な 税金 we are 提案するing for both 従業員s and companies is a 道具 for 団結," Sobotka said.
Sobotka told a news 会議／協議会 his centre-left Social 民主党員s would （選挙などの）運動をする on cutting the 19 パーセント 法人税, now applicable to all companies, to 14 パーセント for those 収入 利益（をあげる）s up to 5 million 栄冠を与えるs ($195,130) a year.
Companies with pre-税金 利益（をあげる）s of 5 million to 100 million 栄冠を与えるs would 支払う／賃金 the same 率 as now. About 600 companies making over 100 million 栄冠を与えるs would 支払う／賃金 24 パーセント 税金.
The party would also 削減（する） the personal 所得税 率 for 90 パーセント of 従業員s, while raising 税金s for people 収入 more than a 甚だしい／１２ダース 50,000 栄冠を与えるs per month, or 1,850 euros. The 普通の／平均（する） 甚だしい／１２ダース salary was just over 1,000 euros in the third ４半期/4分の1 last year.
The party said the new 法人税 would bring in an extra 12 billion 栄冠を与えるs a year, 補償するing for lower personal 所得税 歳入.
