UK accounting 監視者 調査／捜査するs KPMG over Rolls-Royce audits
LONDON, May 4 (Reuters) - Britain's accounting 監視者 has opened an 調査 into how KPMG checked the 調書をとる／予約するs of Rolls-Royce, the aero-engine group that agreed in January to 支払う／賃金 671 million 続けざまに猛撃するs ($862.8 million) to settle a transatlantic 贈収賄 調査（する）.
The 財政上の 報告（する）／憶測ing 会議 said its 調査 would look at KPMG's audit of Rolls-Royce Group's 財政上の 声明s for the year ended December 31, 2010, and of Rolls-Royce Holdings' for the years ended December 31, 2011 to December 31, 2013.
In January, a 法廷，裁判所 in Britain 認可するd an 協定 between the Serious 詐欺 Office (SFO) and Rolls-Royce, known as a deferred 起訴 協定 or DPA, that 許すd the company to 支払う／賃金 to settle a 贈収賄 調査（する） with British, U.S. and Brazilian 当局.
"The 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 調査／捜査する follows the SFO 告示 on 17 January 2017 of a Deferred 起訴 協定 between the SFO and Rolls-Royce PLC which relates to offences 含むing 共謀 to corrupt and a 失敗 to 妨げる 贈収賄," the FRC said in a 声明.
KPMG said it was important that regulators 事実上の／代理 in the public 利益／興味 should review high profile 問題／発行するs.
