Mutinous 兵士s 削減(する) off Ivory Coast's second city

ABIDJAN, May 13 (Reuters) - Mutinous 兵士s in Ivory Coast 発射 three people on Saturday and 削減(する) off 接近 to the second largest city, Bouake, as a 反乱 増大するd over 需要・要求するs for 特別手当 支払い(額)s.

The 反乱 began in Bouake 早期に on Friday before spreading quickly, に引き続いて a 類似の pattern to a 反乱(を起こす) by the same group in January that paralysed parts of Ivory Coast and marred its image as a 戦後の success story.

Mutineers 掴むd 支配(する)/統制する of the 国家の 軍の (警察,軍隊などの)本部 and defence 省 in the centre of the 商業の 資本/首都 Abidjan on Friday.

They stepped up the 圧力 on Saturday, 封鎖するing roads out of Bouake, the epicentre of January's 反乱, and 抗議するing around the country, 含むing the northern city of Korhogo, where two men on a motorcycle were 発射 in the 脚s as they tried to get through a roadblock 乗組員を乗せた by the mutineers.

"They 発射 at them. They were 負傷させるd and 輸送(する)d to the hospital," said 証言,証人/目撃する Amadou Yeo.

In Bouake, 兵士s 解雇する/砲火/射撃d on a group of demobilised former 反逆者/反逆するs 本気で 負傷させるing one of them, によれば their 広報担当者 and a 地元の 国会議員.

Sergeant Seydou Kone, a 広報担当者 for the mutineers, said the ex-闘士,戦闘機s, who went through a 軍備縮小 programme に引き続いて the country's 2011 civil war, were planning their own 抗議する, as they did 早期に this week, and his men had opened 解雇する/砲火/射撃 to stop them.

"We do not want to 交渉する with anyone," said Kone by phone from Bouake in the centre of the country. "We're also ready to fight if we are attacked. We have nothing to lose."

In a 声明 on 明言する/公表する television late on Friday, General Sekou 小旅行する, the army's 長,指導者 of staff, 脅すd the 兵士s with 厳しい 許可/制裁s if they did not end the 反乱.

Ivory Coast's defence 大臣 and 政府 広報担当者 could not be reached for comment on Saturday.

The 兵士s were 約束d 特別手当 支払い(額)s by t he 政府 after the January 反乱(を起こす) but it has struggled to 支出する the money に引き続いて a 予算 crunch 原因(となる)d by the 崩壊(する) in the price of cocoa, Ivory Coast's main 輸出(する).

"WE WANT OUR 7 MILLION"

Ivory Coast has 現れるd as one of the world's fastest growing economies に引き続いて a 10年間-long political 危機 ended by a 2011 civil war. But 深い 分割s 固執する, 特に in a 軍の 組み立てる/集結するd from former 反逆者/反逆する and 現体制支持者/忠臣 combatants.

The 政府 has already paid 8,400 兵士s - most of them former 反逆者/反逆するs who helped bring 大統領 Alassane Ouattara to 力/強力にする - 特別手当s of 5 million CFA フランs ($8,400) each as part of a 取引,協定 to end the January 反乱.

"We want our 7 million and that's it," said Kone.
