U.S. new home sales jump, median price 殺到するs to 記録,記録的な/記録する high

WASHINGTON, June 23 (Reuters) - New U.S. 選び出す/独身-family home sales rose in May and the median sales price 殺到するd to an 史上最高, 示唆するing the 住宅 market had 回復するd 勢い.

Across the nation's four 地域s, new home sales were mixed. They fell 25.7 パーセント in the Midwest and 10.8 パーセント in the Northeast, but rose 13.3 パーセント in the West and 6.2 パーセント in the South, which accounts for a large 株 of the 住宅 market.

The 在庫 of new homes on the market 増加するd 1.5 pe rcent to 268,000 部隊s last month.
