Russia's Novatek 目的（とする）s 倒れる Qatar from LNG 最高の，を越す 位置／汚点／見つけ出す

LONDON, June 23 (Reuters) - ロシアの gas 生産者 Novatek 目的（とする）s to 倒れる Qatar as the world's biggest 輸出業者 of 液化するd natural gas as it gets closer to 完全にするing its first LNG 事業／計画（する）, a 最高の，を越す (n)役員／(a)執行力のある said, batting away 関心s about U.S. 許可／制裁s on the 部門.

"We have 抱擁する ambitions to be just as large as Qatar is as one country, but as one company," Gyetvay said in London on the sidelines of an energy 会議.

"If we do 北極の LNG 2 - we'll start the 過程 of construction in 2019 if we make that FID (final 投資 決定／判定勝ち（する）) - the 計画（する） is to make sure we have the first LNG in the market by 2023," he said.
Mikhelson said on March 29 生産／産物 from the two 事業／計画（する）s on the Yamal and 隣人ing Gydan 半島 could produce more than 70 million tonnes 毎年 - within spitting distance of Qatar's 輸出（する）s.
And 大統領 Vladimir Putin told Mikhelson a day later Russia not only could but would become the largest LNG 輸出業者 should the pace of 開発 continue.
Saudi Energy 大臣 Khalid al-Falih 表明するd the Kingdom's 利益／興味 in 参加するing in the 北極の LNG 2 事業／計画（する） earlier this month although Gyetvay said it was too 早期に to comment on any 未来 foreign 投資家s.
Qatar already has a large 投資 in Russia's energy 産業 in the form of the 19.5 パーセント 火刑／賭ける in Russia's largest oil company, Rosneft, that it bought last year with 貿易（する）ing group Glencore.
Western 許可／制裁s on ロシアの companies 含むing Novatek "明白に had an 影響" on the Yamal 事業／計画（する）, Gyetvay said: "We had to 逆戻りする to the use of ロシアの and Chinese 財政／金融".
