中国's Wanda steps 支援する from 主題 park, hotel 運動 with $9.3 bln Sunac 取引，協定

HONG KONG, July 10 (Reuters) - Dalian Wanda Group said it would sell Chinese 観光旅行，事業 事業／計画（する）s and hotels to Sunac 中国 for $9.3 billion, 場内取引員／株価 a step 支援する for the 所有物／資産／財産 巨大（な） from its 主題 park ambitions.
The sale - the second-biggest real 広い地所 取引，協定 ever in 中国 によれば Reuters data - is however 推定する／予想するd to help Wanda 削減（する） its 負債 pile and 強化する its 事例／患者 for a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）ing on the 本土／大陸 after it delisted from Hong Kong last year.
Wanda said it would sell 91 パーセント of 13 cultural 観光旅行，事業 事業／計画（する）s, that typically 含む 主題 parks and leisure コンビナート／複合体s, 同様に as 76 hotels to the acquisitive Tianjin-based developer Sunac for a total of 63.18 billion yuan.

The 91 パーセント 火刑／賭ける in Wanda cultural and 観光旅行，事業 事業／計画（する）s, 位置を示すd across the country from the northern city of Harbin to Kunming in the south, will fetch 29.58 billion yuan. The price tag for the hotels is 33.6 billion yuan.
