FDA 解除するs 持つ／拘留する on Concert Pharma's 熟考する／考慮する 実験（する）ing hair loss 麻薬
July 10 (Reuters) - Concert 製薬のs Inc said on Monday the U.S. Food and 麻薬 行政 (FDA) 解除するd a 臨床の 持つ／拘留する on a 裁判，公判 実験（する）ing its therapy for alopecia areata, a type of hair loss.
The FDA had 課すd a 持つ／拘留する on the 中央の-行う／開催する／段階 熟考する／考慮する in May and asked for more data before Concert could proceed with dosing 患者s. The regulator had not raised any 関心s about the 麻薬's safety, the 麻薬 developer had said.
Concert said on Monday it would 修正する the design of the 熟考する／考慮する 評価するing its 麻薬, CTP-543, as a 治療 for 患者s with 穏健な-to-厳しい alopecia areata.
About 90 患者s will be 入会させるd in the 裁判，公判 and will be randomized to receive either one of two doses of the twice-daily 麻薬 - 4 mg and 8 mg - or a placebo.
The company, which said it would 再開する enrollment later this month, 推定する／予想するs to 完全にする the 熟考する／考慮する in the second half of 2018.
