Franklin 嵐／襲撃する's remains 浴びせる／消す central Mexico with 強い雨

VERACRUZ, Mexico Aug 10 (Reuters) - 残余s of this year's first 大西洋 ハリケーン 捨てるd rain over the eastern 湾 coast and central Mexico on Thursday, but 公式の／役人s said there were no 報告（する）／憶測s of deaths or major 損失.
Franklin landed in the 早期に hours of Thursday as a 部類 1 ハリケーン and later 弱めるd into a 熱帯の 嵐／襲撃する over the eastern coast of Mexico, the U.S. 国家の ハリケーン 中心 said.
強い雨s fell over central Mexico, raising the 危険 of flash floods and mudslides in the 山地の 地形.
The 明言する／公表する of Veracruz, a major oil 生産者 and home to two important 石油 ports, showed few 調印するs of 損失 に引き続いて the passage of the 嵐／襲撃する. The Ciudad Madero 精油所 is across the 明言する／公表する's northern 国境, but it was on the periphery of the 嵐／襲撃する's path.
There were many fallen trees, 孤立するd 力／強力にする outages and some 封鎖するd 主要道路s, but no 報告（する）／憶測s of deaths or serious 傷害s, Luis Felipe Puente, Mexico's director of civil 保護, told 地元の television.
The 嵐／襲撃する is 位置を示すd about 60 miles (95 km) east-northeast of Mexico City with 支えるd 勝利，勝つd of 40 miles per hour (65 kph), the ハリケーン 中心 said.
