British Columbia throws wrench in Kinder Morgan pipeline 計画（する）
CALGARY, Alberta, Aug 10 (Reuters) - British Columbia will not 許す Kinder Morgan Canada Ltd to begin work on public land for its Trans Mountain pipeline 拡大 until it "meaningfully" 協議するs aboriginal communities, 地方の 公式の／役人s said on Thursday.
