Man killed with arrows in Kenyan village on 辛勝する/優位 over 選挙s

KOGUTA/KISUMU, Kenya Oct 29 (Reuters) - The 団体/死体 of an 年輩の man was discovered in a sugarcane field 近づく a village in western Kenya on Sunday, the day after high-level 公式の/役人s visited the area in an 試みる/企てる to 静める 民族の 緊張s inflamed by the repeat 大統領の 選挙.

The 団体/死体 of the 60-year-old man had three arrows in its 支援する and 厳しい 長,率いる 負傷させるs, a Reuters 証言,証人/目撃する in the village of Koguta said.

The 動機 and 悪党/犯人s for the 殺人,大当り were 不明瞭な, but it (機の)カム a day after 村人s from the Luo and Kalenjin communities 武装した themselves against each other. 地元のs 警告するd the death of the Luo man could 誘発する tit-for-tat 暴力/激しさ.

"There's a 願望(する) for 復讐 by the Luo community, I'm trying to tell them to stay 静める, but they are so bitter and angry," Gordon Onyango, 32, a Luo, said.

But Odinga withdrew from the re-rerun, 説 it would not be fair. In his 要塞/本拠地s in the west, an area that has long felt 除外するd from political and 経済大国, 抗議する人s 妨げるd 投票ing 駅/配置するs from 開始 in four 郡s.

Across Kenya, about 10 パーセント of 投票ing 駅/配置するs were unable to open, although there were no problems in Kenyatta's areas. 人出/投票者数 急落するd from 80 パーセント in August to about 35 パーセント, undercutting Kenyata's hopes for a 決定的な 委任統治(領) for a second 称する,呼ぶ/期間/用語.

Police, although 駅/配置するd only 400 メーターs from where the 団体/死体 was discovered, 拒絶する/低下するd to visit the scene for several hours until 増強s arrived.

Police and 郡 知事s did not answer calls from Reuters, but Julius Genga, a 郡 立法議員, said by phone that he was 運動ing to the scene.
