Iraqi 軍隊s, Kurdish Peshmerga start new 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 会談, Iraqi 明言する／公表する TV says
BAGHDAD, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Iraqi 軍隊s and Kurdish Peshmerga 闘士，戦闘機s on Sunday started a second 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 会談 to 解決する a 衝突 over 支配（する）／統制する of the Kurdistan 地域's 国境 crossings, Iraqi 明言する／公表する TV said.
Iraqi 総理大臣 Haider al-Abadi on Friday ordered a 24-hour 中断 of 軍の 操作／手術s against Kurdish 軍隊s in northern Iraq. The two 味方するs held a first 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 会談 on Friday and Saturday.
Abadi said the 会談 are meant to 準備する for the 平和的な （軍隊などの）展開，配備 of Iraqi 軍隊／機動隊s at the 国境 crossings with Turkey, Iran and Syria in Iraq's Kurdistan 地域.
衝突／不一致s broke out between the two 味方するs after Iraqi 軍隊s 逮捕（する）d the oil-rich city of Kirkuk from the Peshmerga, in a surprise 不快な／攻撃 ordered by Abadi after the Kurds held an independence 国民投票 in northern Iraq on Sept. 25.
Kirkuk is part of いわゆる 論争d areas, （人命などを）奪う，主張するd by both the Iraqi central 政府 and the Kurdistan 地域の 政府 (KRG) in northern Iraq.

Abadi wants to take 支配（する）／統制する of the 論争d areas and the 国境 crossings, 含むing one in the Fish-Khabur area through which an oil 輸出（する） pipeline crosses into Turkey, carrying Iraqi and Kurdish 天然のまま oil. The multi-民族の city of Kirkuk, which lies outside the KRG's 公式の／役人 境界s, fell to Iraqi 軍隊s without much 抵抗 on Oct. 16. But the Peshmerga began to fight 支援する as they withdrew closer to the 核心 of the Kurdish 地域.
