Myanmar sees "bad consequences" if U.S. 課すs 許可/制裁s on 軍の

YANGON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - 提案するd U.S. 許可/制裁s 的ing Myanmar's 軍の for its 治療 of Rohingya イスラム教徒s would 妨げる the fledgling 非軍事の 政府 株ing 力/強力にする with the generals, a 広報担当者 for de facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi said on Friday.

The 法案, introduced by members of the U.S. 上院 on the eve of Donald Trump's 出発 on his first trip to Asia since becoming 大統領,/社長 in January, 捜し出すs to reimpose some 許可/制裁s 解除するd last year as Myanmar returned to 僕主主義.

答える/応じるing to the moves in Washington, Suu Kyi's 広報担当者, Zaw Htay, told Reuters, "we need 内部の 安定 to 改善する the country's economy. 課すing international 許可/制裁s 直接/まっすぐに 影響する/感情s the people in travel and in 商売/仕事 投資s, and there are many bad consequences."

Myanmar 公式の/役人s would explain the 政府's 成果/努力s on Rakhine during a visit by 国務長官 Rex Tillerson scheduled for Nov. 15, he 追加するd.

"We will explain to him what we are doing when he comes here. We can not tell him not to do that. And we don't know what is U.S. 政策," Zaw Htay said.

Zaw Htay, a former army major who is a holdover from the quasi-非軍事の 行政 that 手渡すd over the reins last year, said the army, known as the Tatmadaw, had to be 伴う/関わるd in Myanmar's 移行.

"許可/制裁s and 圧力s 影響する/感情 the 政府's work. It won't be a 肯定的な result if they 課す 許可/制裁s, as with the previous experience (of 許可/制裁s)."

He 追加するd, "Of course, it will 損失 all the 商売/仕事 投資s, not only 軍の-owned (商売/仕事s). It will definitely have a bad 影響する/感情. There can only be bad results."

共和国の/共和党の 上院 武装した Services 委員会 chairman John McCain, and 上院議員 Ben Cardin, the 最高の,を越す 民主党員 on the 上院 Foreign Relations 委員会, were の中で the 国会議員s who have sponsored the 法案.

A companion 法案 is also 存在 introduced in the 衆議院.

Members of 議会 have 圧力(をかける)d for a strong 返答 to the 苦境 of the Rohingya, and the Trump 行政 has been 重さを計るing labeling the 活動/戦闘s by Myanmar's 軍の as "民族の 洗浄するing".

Myanmar has 拒絶するd that 告訴,告発, defending the 軍の's 活動/戦闘s as a 反対する-暴動 操作/手術 刺激するd by Rohingya 交戦的な attacks on 30 安全 地位,任命するs in Rakhine 明言する/公表する on Aug. 25.

More than 600,000 Rohingya イスラム教徒s have fled Buddhist-大多数 Myanmar since the 軍の 厳重取締 that has led to 報告(する)/憶測s of burnt villages and 普及した 殺人,大当りs.

The 国際連合 has 公然と非難するd it as a classic example of 民族の 洗浄するing.

Zaw Htay said Myanmar was calling for the international community to "協力する 前向きに/確かに" on the Rakhine 問題/発行する, rather than 焦点(を合わせる)ing on what he called mere 主張s of 乱用 by 安全 軍隊s.

"We are not ignoring human 権利s 乱用s," he said.

"They are all 主張s. The international 外交官s and international organizations who are 説 what happened are always using 主張s, without 証拠. No one can give strong 証拠 of their 主張s, although we asked for it."

Myanmar had so far been unable to take 活動/戦闘 ba sed on the (人命などを)奪う,主張するs made by 難民s in Bangladesh, he said.
