Germany's 大陸の buys Israeli 自動車 cyber 会社／堅い Argus
HAMBURG/FRANKFURT, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Germany's 大陸の AG said on Friday it was buying イスラエル's Argus Cyber 安全, whose 科学（工学）技術 guards connected cars against 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスing.
Cybersecurity 専門家s have criticised the 自動推進の 産業 for failing to do more to 安全な・保証する 内部の communications of 乗り物s with 網状組織-connected features.
The danger, they say, is that once 外部の 安全 is 違反d, hackers can have 解放する／自由な rein to 接近 onboard 乗り物 computer systems which manage everything from engines and ブレーキs to 空気／公表する 条件ing and infotainment.
Argus already 共同製作するs with 大陸の - last month it 共同で 開始する，打ち上げるd a 科学（工学）技術 for 配達するing over-the-空気／公表する 乗り物 ソフトウェア updates with 大陸の 子会社 Elektrobit.
大陸の said that Argus would now become part of Elektrobit and would continue to engage in 商業の relations with all 自動推進の 供給者s globally.
The 購入（する） price was not 公表する／暴露するd though Israeli マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測d earlier this week that 大陸の would 支払う／賃金 about $400 million for Argus.
