WASHINGTON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - New orders for U.S.-made goods rose for a second straight month in September and orders for 核心 資本／首都 goods were stronger than 以前 報告（する）／憶測d, 示唆するing 製造業の activity was 集会 勢い.
