In 衝突／不一致 with Trump, U.S. 報告（する）／憶測 says humans 原因（となる） 気候 change

WASHINGTON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - The 早い pace of 全世界の 気候 change is almost certainly driven by human activity, like 燃やすing 化石 燃料s, によれば a U.S. 政府 報告（する）／憶測 that 否定するs 主張s by 大統領 Donald Trump and members of his 行政.
