North Korea calls for a 停止（させる） to "残虐な" 許可／制裁s
GENEVA, Nov 3 (Reuters) - North Korea called on Friday for a 停止（させる） to what it called "残虐な 許可／制裁s", 説 the 対策 - 課すd after its 最新の 核の 実験（する） - 構成するd 集団殺戮.
"Today the U.S.-led ゆすり of 残虐な 許可／制裁s and 圧力 against the DPRK 構成するs 同時代の human 権利s 違反 and 集団殺戮," the North Korean 使節団 to the 国際連合 in Geneva said in a 声明.
The 許可／制裁s 政権 "脅すs and 妨げるs the enjoyment by the people of DPRK of their human 権利s in all 部門s", it said.
The call for an 即座の end to the 許可／制裁s comes as U.S. 大統領 Donald Trump 始める，決めるs off on a trip to Asia - 含むing 中国, South Korea and Japan - looking for help to 圧力 North Korea to stand 負かす／撃墜する from the 核の 危機.
The 全世界の community has been ramping up the 圧力 on the 孤立するd country after it 行為／行うd its sixth and most powerful 核の 実験（する） so far, on Sept. 3.
Last month the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 片側だけに 課すd 許可／制裁s on seven North Korean individuals and three （独立の）存在s over what it called serious human 権利s 乱用s, 含むing 軍隊d 労働.

North Korea's 返答 follows a U.N. 専門家 last month 説 international 許可／制裁s may be 傷つけるing 重要な 経済的な 部門s and 妨害するing the human 権利s of Pyongyang's 国民s.
The 許可／制裁s meant that "some unprincipled countries have 封鎖するd the 配達／演説／出産 of 医療の 器具／備品 and 薬／医学s", the North Korean 使節団 said on Friday, with the 供給（する）s 運命にあるd for children and mothers in the country.
