FRANKFURT/LONDON, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Belgium has 雇うd Nomura to 準備する the country's third-largest bank Belfius for an 初期の public 申し込む/申し出ing (IPO) in a 取引,協定 that could value the 貸す人 at up to 8 billion euros ($9.3 billion), sources familiar with the 事柄 told Reuters.

Belfius, which was carved out from 保釈(金)d-out 貸す人 Dexia, could be one of the biggest banking floats in Europe since the 2008 財政上の 危機 and would follow a 類似の move by 連合した Irish Banks (AIB) which raised 3 billion euros in an IPO in June.
