NEW YORK, Jan 8 (Reuters) - The dollar 攻撃する,衝突する its highest levels in more than a week against a basket of 通貨s and the euro 緩和するd on Monday, while U.S. 在庫/株s held 会社/堅い after kicking off the new year with strong 伸び(る)s last week.

"The euro got a little bit over its skis when it 貿易(する)d over $1.20," said Brad Bechtel, managing director FX at Jefferies in New York.

"It's a little bit of 利益(をあげる) taking and some healthy 是正 going on the euro's 味方する, which is 運動ing some of the dollar 貿易(する)s," Bechtel said.
