FCC says appears Hawaii had no 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限 to stop ミサイル 脅す

Jan 14 (Reuters) - Hawaii 明らかに did not have 適する 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限s in place to 妨げる a 誤った 緊急 警報 about a ミサイル attack that panicked 居住（者）s for more than a half-hour before it was 孤立した, a 連邦の 公式の／役人 said on Sunday.

"The 誤った 緊急 警報 sent yesterday in Hawaii was 絶対 容認できない," Pai said. "It 原因（となる）d a wave of panic across the 明言する／公表する ... Moreover, 誤った 警報s 土台を崩す public 信用／信任 in the 警報ing system and thus 減ずる their 有効性 during real 緊急s."
