Afghanistan says Taliban will have to be 敗北・負かすd, after Trump 拒絶するs 会談

KABUL/PESHAWAR, Pakistan, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Afghanistan said on Tuesday the Taliban would have to be 敗北・負かすd on the 戦場 after U.S. 大統領 Donald Trump 拒絶するd the idea of 会談 with the 交戦的なs に引き続いて a 一連の deadly attacks.
The Taliban 反応するd to Trump's 告示 by 説 they never 手配中の，お尋ね者 to talk to the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs anyway, but one 上級の member of the group said he 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd 成果／努力s would still be made to get 交渉s going.
Talking to reporters at the White House on Monday, Trump 非難するd the 交戦的な group for 最近の 大虐殺 in Kabul and said the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs was not 用意が出来ている to talk now. He 誓約（する）d to "finish what we have to finish".
His comments 示唆するd he sees a 軍の victory over the Taliban, an 結果 that U.S. 軍の and 外交の 公式の／役人s say cannot be 達成するd with the 資源s and 動員可能数 he has 権限を与えるd.
A 広報担当者 for Afghan 大統領 Ashraf Ghani said while the 政府 had encouraged the Taliban to talk, the attacks in Kabul, 含むing a 自殺 爆弾 attack on Saturday that killed more than 100 people, was a "red line".
"The Taliban have crossed a red line and lost the chance for peace," said the 広報担当者, Shah Hussain Murtazawi.
"We have to look for peace on the 戦場. They have to be marginalized."

The Taliban, fighting to 追い出す foreign 軍隊s and 課す their 見解／翻訳／版 of Islamic 支配する, 言及する to the Afghan 政府 as U.S. "puppets".
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs believes the Haqqani 網状組織, a 派閥 within the Taliban, was behind Saturday's 爆弾 爆破 in Kabul.
It and Afghanistan have long （刑事）被告 Pakistan of supporting the Taliban, and the Haqqani 網状組織 in particular, as 資産s to be used in its 企て，努力，提案 to 限界 the 影響（力） of old 競争相手 India in Afghanistan.
