MOSCOW, Jan 30 (Reuters) - ロシアの 速度(を上げる） スケートをする人 Olga Graf said on Tuesday she had turned 負かす／撃墜する an International Olympic 委員会 (IOC) 招待 to compete at next month's Pyeongchang Winter Games.
Graf, one of three 女性（の） 速度(を上げる） スケートをする人s on the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of 169 ロシアのs （疑いを）晴らすd to compete in Pyeongchang, is the first 適格の ロシアの 競技者 to 公然と 発表する she would not compete at the Games.
Russia was banned last month from the Feb. 9-25 Winter Olympics in South Korea over what the IOC called the "systematic 巧みな操作" of the anti-麻薬ing 実験（する）ing system at the Sochi Games four years ago.
But the IOC left the door open for 競技者s without a history of 麻薬ing to compete at its 招待 without the ロシアの tricolour, 国家の emblems or 国家.
Graf said the 除外 of several team mates would 妨げる "Olympic 競技者s from Russia," the 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 used by the IOC to 指定する ロシアの competitors at the Games, from 競うing for a メダル in the team 追跡 event.
"I'm glad that the IOC has recognised me as a clean 競技者, which is what I am," Graf said in a Facebook 地位，任命する.

Graf won bronze メダルs in the 3000 metres and team 追跡 events at the 2014 Sochi Games.
