Vietnam 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s U.S.-based Vietnamese group as 'テロリスト' organisation

HANOI, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Vietnam 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d a U.S.-based group still loyal to the now 消滅した／死んだ 明言する／公表する of South Vietnam as a テロリスト organisation on Tuesday, the 省 of Public 安全 (MPS) said.
The California-based 一時的に 政府 of Vietnam, led by U.S. 国民 Dao Minh Quan, 設立するd groups inside Vietnam to "遂行する／発効させる 行為／法令／行動するs of テロ行為 and 破壊行為, and assassinate 公式の／役人s", the 省 said in a 声明.
Quan was a "former 中尉／大尉／警部補" of the U.S.-支援するd 共和国 of Vietnam, the 声明 said, referring to the now 消滅した／死んだ 明言する／公表する, also known as South Vietnam, which once 支配するd the southern half of the country until the Vietnam War ended in 1975.
Quan did not すぐに 答える／応じる to a request for comment. The U.S. 大使館 in Hanoi did not 答える／応じる to an emailed request for comment sent outside office hours.

A ビデオ on a website the MPS said was operated by Quan's group showed a 軍用車隊 of cars moving through a U.S. town, some of which were 飛行機で行くing the 旗 of South Vietnam. The website 述べるs Quan as the "総理大臣" of the 一時的に 政府 of Vietnam.
In late December, a Vietnamese 法廷，裁判所 刑務所，拘置所d 15 people for their part in an 申し立てられた／疑わしい April 爆弾 陰謀（を企てる） by Quan's group at Tan Son Nhat airport, the 輸送（する） 中心 which serves 売春婦 Chi Minh City - 以前は known as Saigon, the 資本／首都 of South Vietnam.
