U.S. still 目的（とする）s to 押し進める Taliban into Afghan peace 会談 - 公式の／役人

KABUL/PESHAWAR, Pakistan, Jan 30 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 目的（とする）s to 圧力（をかける） the Taliban on the 戦場 to 納得させる them that they will have to 交渉する peace, a 上級の U.S. 外交官 said on Tuesday, a day after 大統領 Donald Trump 拒絶するd 会談 に引き続いて a 一連の attacks.
Speaking to reporters at the White House on Monday, Trump 非難するd the Taliban for 最近の 大虐殺 in the Afghan 資本／首都 Kabul, and said the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs was not 用意が出来ている to talk now. He 誓約（する）d to "finish what we have to finish".
Trump's comments 示唆するd he sees a 軍の victory over the Taliban, an 結果 that U.S. 軍の and 外交の 公式の／役人s say cannot be 達成するd with the 資源s and 動員可能数 he has 権限を与えるd.
But U.S. 副 国務長官 John Sullivan told a news 会議／協議会 in Kabul there was no change in the U.S. 政策 of 軍隊ing the Taliban through 軍の 圧力 into 会談.
Trump's comments were a reflection of the 暴力／激しさ over 最近の days which 示すd "at least some members of the Taliban are not 利益／興味d in having a discussion about a 平和的な 未来", Sullivan said.
"That doesn't change the long-範囲 戦略 of our 政策 which it to be 会社／堅い 軍事的に to 納得させる the Taliban, or 重要な elements of the Taliban, that there isn't a 軍の 解答 to the 安全 状況／情勢 here, that 最終的に peace and 安全 of Afghanistan will be 決定するd by peace 会談."
Trump last year ordered an 増加する in U.S. 軍隊／機動隊s, 空気／公表する strikes and other 援助 to Afghan 軍隊s.
The U.S. 外交官／大使 to the 国際連合, Nikki Haley, said this month the 戦略 was working and 押し進めるing the 謀反のs closer to 会談.

That attack followed a brazen Tal iban 強襲，強姦 on the city's Intercontinental Hotel on Jan. 20, in which more than 20 people, 含むing four Americans, were killed.
The Taliban said the attacks were a message to Trump that his 政策 of 侵略 would not work.
'WAR-MONGERING'
Earlier, a 広報担当者 for Afghan 大統領 Ashraf Ghani said the Taliban had crossed a "red line" with attacks in Kabul and lost the chance for peace, and had to be 敗北・負かすd.
"We have to look for peace on the 戦場," said the 広報担当者, Shah Hussain Murtazawi.

"Their main 戦略 is to continue war and 占領／職業," Taliban 広報担当者 Zabihullah Mujahid said in a 声明.
"Donald Trump and his war-mongering 支持者s must understand that every 活動／戦闘 has an equal and opposite reaction. If you 主張する upon war, our mujahideen will not welcome you with roses," he said.
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs believes the Haqqani 網状組織, a 派閥 within the Taliban, was behind Saturday's 爆弾 爆破 in Kabul.
It and Afghanistan have long （刑事）被告 Pakistan of supporting the Taliban, and the Haqqani 網状組織 in particular, as 資産s to be used in its 企て，努力，提案 to 限界 the 影響（力） of old 競争相手 India in Afghanistan.
