NEW YORK, March 20 (Reuters) - Oil prices climbed to their highest level in three weeks on Tuesday as 緊張 in the Middle East and the 可能性 of その上の 落ちるs in Venezuelan 生産（高） helped 相殺する the 衝撃 of growing U.S. 天然のまま 生産／産物.

Heating oil 未来s rose 2.2 パーセント to finish at $1.9495 a gallon, their highest settle since late February.
