MEXICO CITY, April 9 (Reuters) - Mexican 左派の（人） Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has a nearly 11 百分率 point lead over his closest 競争相手 ahead of the July 大統領の 選挙, a 投票 published by newspaper El 全世界の／万国共通の on Monday showed.
