Women 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 殺人 of N. Korean to 証言する in Malaysia 裁判，公判
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 16 (Reuters) - Two women 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 殺人ing the estranged half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un must answer for their 役割 in a 井戸／弁護士席-planned 共謀, a Malaysian 裁判官 said on Thursday, but 追加するd that the 証拠 did not 証明する a political 暗殺.
Indonesian Siti Aisyah and Doan Thi Huong, a Vietnamese, 直面する the 死刑 on 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of 殺人ing Kim Jong Nam by smearing his 直面する with VX, a 神経 スパイ／執行官 banned by the 国際連合, at a Kuala Lumpur airport on Feb. 13 last year.
The 殺人 was a "井戸／弁護士席-planned 共謀 between the women and the four North Koreans 捕まらないで", 裁判，公判 裁判官 Azmi Ariffin said in a 判決，裁定 that took more than two hours to read.
"I must therefore call upon them to enter their defence."
He 追加するd, "I cannot 支配する out that this could be a political 暗殺. にもかかわらず that, I am unable to 確認する this fact."
The 法廷，裁判所 has 始める，決める dates for the women to take the stand between November and next February.
Both women arrived at the high 法廷，裁判所 on the 郊外s of the Malaysian 資本／首都 手錠d and wearing bulletproof vests, to be 護衛するd into the courtroom by gun-（権力などを）行使するing policemen.
They are in their 20s and both have pleaded not 有罪の, 説 they thought they were 伴う／関わるd in a いたずら for a reality TV show.
However, Azmi said he was not 説得するd by the defence argument, since there was no hidden 乗組員 and no 試みる／企てる to bring the 的 in on the joke, as is usual in such shows.
Huong did not 反応する to the 判決，裁定, but Siti Aisyah burst into 涙／ほころびs and had to be 慰安d by her lawyers and 公式の／役人s of the Indonesian 大使館.
She was very disappointed, said her lawyer, Gooi Soon Seng, who 表明するd surprise at the 決定／判定勝ち（する）.
"We are still very 確信して that we have a good defence," he 追加するd. "It does not mean they are 設立する 有罪の, it just means that he (the 裁判官) 設立する that the 起訴 have proven there is a prima f acie 事例／患者."
Huong's lawyers also said they did not 推定する／予想する the 判決，裁定. In Vietnam, 答える／応じるing to Thursday's events, her father, Doan 先頭 Thanh, said, "I don´t know what to do next. I just hope they will 発表する her innocent so that she can return home."
POLITICALLY MOTIVATED
Defence lawyers say the 殺人，大当り was 政治上 動機づけるd, with many 重要な 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs linked to the North Korean 大使館 in the Malaysian 資本／首都, 示唆するing the women were 簡単に pawns.
But the 裁判官 said the women's 行為／行う before and after the attack supported a 事例／患者 against them, 特記する／引用するing CCTV recordings of their 会合 with other North Korean 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs and going to a airport bathroom to wash their 手渡すs すぐに after the VX attack.
Kim Jong Nam, who was living in 追放する in Macau, had criticised his family's dynastic 支配する of North Korea and his brother had ordered his 死刑執行, South Korean 国会議員s have said.
Pyongyang has 否定するd 告訴，告発s by South Korean and U.S. 公式の／役人s that Kim Jong Un´s 政権 was behind the 殺人，大当り.
In June, Malaysia said it planned to 再開する its 大使館 in Pyongyang, 示唆するing an end to the 不和 in once-の近くに 外交の 関係 that followed the 殺人，大当り.
The 起訴 wrapped up its 事例／患者 in June, based on 証言 from 34 証言，証人／目撃するs, 含むing 専門家s who said traces of VX were 設立する on the 着せる／賦与するing of both women.
