EU to 攻撃する，衝突する Cambodia with 貿易（する） 許可／制裁s, says Myanmar may follow

BRUSSELS, Oct 5 (Reuters) - The European Union told Cambodia on Friday it will lose its special 接近 to the world's largest 貿易（する）ing 圏, and said it was considering 類似の 貿易（する） 許可／制裁s for Myanmar in a toughening of EU 政策 on human 権利s in Southeast Asia.
After months of 圧力 from 権利s groups and the European 議会, the EU's 貿易（する） 長，指導者 Cecilia Malmstrom said the 圏 was ready to punish 乱用s in both countries by 除去するing 貿易（する） preferences.
The EU 警告するd Cambodia in July that it could lose its special 貿易（する） status after 選挙s returned a strongman to 力／強力にする after 30 years in office, and it has 非難d Myanmar over its 治療 of the イスラム教徒 Rohingya.
"Our 貿易（する） 政策 is value-based. These are not just words. We have to 行為／法令／行動する when there are 厳しい 違反s," Malmstrom told reporters after a 会合 of EU 貿易（する） 大臣s in Austria.
Malmstrom （刑事）被告 Myanmar of "the 露骨な／あからさまの 違反 of human 権利s" in Myanmar, referring to what the West says is 民族の 洗浄するing of Rohingyas and the 失敗 of 非軍事の leader Aung San Suu Kyi to 解決する the 危機.

However, the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限, which 扱うs EU 貿易（する） 政策, is torn between supporting the 開発 of Myanmar's oil-and-織物 economy and 許可／制裁ing the country.
The EU will send a 事実調査団 to Myanmar in the coming days, likely 継続している up to four days, to see the extent of the 権利s 乱用s and the 政府's 乗り気 to change course, one EU 公式の／役人 said.

CAMBODIA'S ELECTIONS
Malmstrom said she had told Cambodia that the 圏 had 開始する，打ち上げるd a six-month review of its 義務-解放する／自由な 接近 to the EU, meaning Cambodian sugar, 衣料品s and other 輸出（する）s could 直面する 関税s within 12 months under EU 支配するs.
