US seen likely to 勝利，勝つ in 成果／努力 to shut 負かす／撃墜する WTO's 控訴，上告s 法廷，裁判所

GENEVA, Oct 5 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs is likely to 後継する in shutting 負かす／撃墜する the World 貿易（する） Organization's 最高の 法廷，裁判所 because other WTO members are 権力のない to stop it, 外交官s, lawyers and 公式の／役人s said at a 会議／協議会 in Geneva on Friday.
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs has 封鎖するd 任命s of 裁判官s to the Appellate 団体／死体, throwing the WTO into 危機 as it runs out of 合法的な muscle to 支配する on international 貿易（する） 論争s.
The European Union has made 提案s to 改革（する） the way the 裁判官s work, but U.S. 外交官／大使 Dennis Shea 注ぐd 冷淡な water on several of them on Thursday, 説 控訴，上告s 裁判官s had "逸脱するd" from what was agreed when the WTO was 始める，決める up in 1995.
One 外交官 from a large 発展途上国 said on Friday the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs regretted setting up the 控訴，上告s system and it was not putting 今後 any ideas to 改革（する） it.
"We have no てこ入れ／借入資本," he said. "The other 味方する is flexing its muscles."
"Moral suasion is all that is left," said a Geneva-based 貿易（する） lawyer.

The 貿易（する） 専門家s were speaking at an event organised by the Cato 学校／設ける at Geneva's Centre for 貿易（する） and 経済的な 統合，差別撤廃, on 条件 that the 指名するs and affiliations of （衆議院の）議長s were not 報告（する）／憶測d.
