NEW DELHI, Oct 5 (Reuters) - India will buy 9 million バーレル／樽s of Iranian oil in November, two 産業 sources said, 示すing that the world's third-biggest oil importer is to continue 購入（する）ing 天然のまま from the Islamic 共和国 にもかかわらず U.S. 許可／制裁s coming into 軍隊 on Nov. 4.
"精油業者s have placed November 指名／任命s to 解除する 1.25 million tonnes (about 9 million バーレル／樽s) of oil from Iran," one of the sources said.
Indian Oil Corp will 解除する 6 million バーレル／樽s of Iranian oil and Mangalore 精油所 and 石油化学（製品）s Ltd 3 million バーレル／樽s, the source told Reuters.
The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 計画（する）s to 課す new 許可／制裁s 的ing Iran's oil 部門 on Nov. 4 to try to stop the country's 関与 in 衝突s in Syria and Iraq and bring Tehran to the 交渉するing （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する over its 弾道学の ミサイル programme.
The sources 拒絶する／低下するd to be identified as they were not authorised to speak to the マスコミ. Indian Oil and Mangalore 精油所 did not すぐに 答える／応じる to a request for comment.
"India is continuing with its 関係 with both its 重要な energy partners Iran and the U.S.," a second source said.
Indian 精油業者s 輸入するd around 10 million バーレル／樽s of Iranian oil in October, and its November 出荷／船積みs are 推定する／予想するd to be lower.
In the previous 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of 許可／制裁s, India continued to buy Iranian oil although it had to 削減（する） 購入（する）s 意味ありげに to 保護する its wider （危険などに）さらす to the U.S. 財政上の system.
India's 外務大臣 said in May it がまんするs only by 許可／制裁s 課すd by the 国際連合 and not those 課すd by any other country.
