TEXT-Yazidi 行動主義者 Nadia Murad on receiving the Nobel Peace Prize

OSLO, Oct 5 (Reuters) - に引き続いて is the 声明 by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Nadia Murad on receiving the award.

This morning the Nobel 委員会 知らせるd me that I was selected as a co-受取人 of the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize.

I am incredibly 栄誉(を受ける)d and humbled by their support and I 株 this award with all Yazidis with all the Iraqis, Kurds and all the 少数,小数派s and all 生存者s of 性の 暴力/激しさ around the world.

As a 生存者, I am 感謝する for this 適切な時期 to draw international attention to the 苦境 of the Yazidi people who have 苦しむd unimaginable 罪,犯罪s since the 集団殺戮 by Daesh, which began in 2014.

Many Yazidis will look upon this prize and think of family members who have been lost, are still 原因不明の/行方不明の(unaccounnted-for) for, or remain in 捕らわれた.

Like many 少数,小数派 groups, the Yazidis have carried the 負わせる of historical 迫害.

Women and girls have 苦しむd 大いに as they have been, and continue to be, the 犠牲者s of 性の 暴力/激しさ.

For myself, I think of my mother, who was 殺人d by Daesh. I think of the children with whom I grew up, and what we must do to 保護する them.

迫害 of 少数,小数派s must end. 性の 暴力/激しさ against women must never be 許容するd.

We must remain committed to 再構築するing communities 荒廃させるd by 集団殺戮.

We must remain 確固たる in helping 難民s return home, or be given 安全な harbour どこかよそで.

We must work together with 決意 - so that genocidal (選挙などの)運動をするs will not only fail, but lead to accountability for the 悪党/犯人s.

生存者s deserve 司法(官). And a 安全な and 安全な・保証する pathway home.

We must not only imagine a better 未来 for women, children and 迫害するd 少数,小数派s, we must work 終始一貫して to make it happen - prioritising humanity, not war.

Congratulations to my co-受取人, Dr. Mukwege, a man I admire 大いに and thank you to the Nobel 委員会 for this 栄誉(を受ける).
