Oct 5 (Reuters) - The U.S. oil 演習ing 装備する count fell for a third 連続した week even though 天然のまま prices 攻撃する，衝突する four-year highs this week, as rising costs and pipeline bottlenecks in the nation's largest oil field have 妨げるd new 演習ing since June.

U.S. 天然のまま 未来s this week rose to their highest since late 2014 ahead of planned U.S. 許可／制裁s on Iranian oil in November. Cowen said the E&Ps it 跡をつけるs 推定する／予想する to spend a total of $85.3 billion in 2018. That compares with 事業／計画（する）d spending of $72.2 billion in 2017.
分析家s at Simmons & Co, energy specialists at U.S. 投資 bank Piper Jaffray, this week 予測（する） the 普通の／平均（する） 連合させるd oil and natural gas 装備する count would rise from 876 in 2017 to 1,031 in 2018, 1,092 in 2019 and 1,227 in 2020.
Since 1,052 oil and gas 装備するs were already in service, drillers would only have to 追加する a handful of 装備するs during the 残り／休憩（する） of the year to 攻撃する，衝突する Simmons' 予測（する） for 2018.
Year-to-date, the total number of oil and gas 装備するs active in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs has 普通の／平均（する）d 1,020. That keeps the total count for 2018 on 跡をつける to be the highest since 2014, which 普通の／平均（する）d 1,862 装備するs. Most 装備するs produce both oil and gas.
