BRASILIA, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Far-権利 大統領の 候補者 Jair Bolsonaro 計画（する）s to 取り組む Brazil's chronic energy 不足s 長，率いる-on by 拡大するing 核の 力／強力にする and 水力電気 energy にもかかわらず 環境の 関心s over the 衝撃 of new dams on the アマゾン, the retired general 工夫するing his 組織／基盤／下部構造 program told Reuters
Oswaldo Ferreira, one of half a dozen retired generals advising the 選挙 前線-走者, said a Bolsonaro 政府 would 完全にする Brazil's 汚職-疫病／悩ますd Angra 3 核の 力／強力にする 駅／配置する on the coast between Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro at whatever the cost.
He also said a Bolsonaro 政府 would 押し進める ahead with the 大規模な Belo Monte hydro dam on the Xing? river, a 支流 of the アマゾン, which was 非難するd for 追い出すing indigenous communities. 棚上げにするd 計画（する）s for other dams in the アマゾン 水盤／入り江 could also be 生き返らせるd.
Ferreira said 私的な 投資家s would be called on to help build the 組織／基盤／下部構造 Brazil needs and that 環境の factors would be fully taken into account.
Belo Monte and other hydro 計画（する）s for the アマゾン, the world's largest 熱帯の rainforest, have been slammed by 環境保護主義者s for 害（を与える）ing its biodiversity.
Bolsonaro, a 63-year-old former army captain-turned-下院議員 好意d by 財政上の markets, fell just short of an 完全な 大多数 in Sunday's 選挙. He will 直面する 左派の（人） Fernando Haddad, a former Sao Paulo 市長, in a second-一連の会議、交渉／完成する 投票（する） on Oct. 28.

"If Brazil is to return to the 率s of growth that we all want, there will be a need for energy that cannot be 供給（する）d from other sources," he said in an interview late on Wednesday.
GROWING SUPPORT
A Datafolha 投票 on Wednesday showed Bolsonaro 強化するing his lead to 58 パーセント of 投票者 support, compared with Haddad's 42 パーセント.
