French 燃料 price 反乱 上げるd ethanol use - 産業 公式の／役人s
PARIS, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Public 怒り／怒る in フラン over 増加するing 燃料 prices, which gave rise to the anti-政府 "yellow vest" movement, has その上の 上げるd 需要・要求する for 刈る-based ethanol 燃料 from 運転者s 捜し出すing cheaper 取引，協定s, 産業 代表者／国会議員s said on Tuesday.
Ethanol, which is blended with ガソリン as part of renewable energy 政策 的s, had already 利益d from a favourable 環境 in フラン in the past two years.
A 拒絶する／低下する in ディーゼル 需要・要求する and the licensing of いわゆる "flex-燃料" 道具s to 許す cars to run on high-ethanol 燃料 have 与える／捧げるd to an 増加する in its use.
Ethanol in フラン is made using sugar beet or cereal.
燃料 含む／封じ込めるing up to 10 パーセント ethanol, known as SP95-E10, 増強するd its position last year as the best-selling ガソリン type in フラン, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing an 普通の／平均（する） 43 パーセント market 株 compared with about 39 パーセント in 2017, ethanol 生産者 group SNPAA said.
The E85 mix, 含む／封じ込めるing up to 85 パーセント ethanol, saw 消費 jump by 55 パーセント, although it remained a small part of the ガソリン market with a 株 of about 2 パーセント.
Ethanol 燃料 has also 利益d from French 税金 breaks that 増加する with higher blending levels, making E10 and E85 cheaper than other blends, even when factoring in ethanol's lower 燃料 efficiency compared with 伝統的な 石油.
Selling at about half the price of E10, the E85 blend has attracted growing attention as rising 燃料 costs 同時に起こる／一致するd with the spread of flex-燃料 道具s, SNPAA said.
