Afghanistan 欠如（する）s 操縦するs, engineers to 扱う 黒人／ボイコット 強硬派 'copters, U.S. 監視者 警告するs

KABUL, Feb 5 (Reuters) - The 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 危険s 供給するing Afghanistan with 明言する／公表する-of-the-art 黒人／ボイコット 強硬派 ヘリコプターs that the country's 戦闘の準備を整えた 空気／公表する 軍隊 does not have the 操縦するs to 飛行機で行く nor the engineers to 持続する, a U.S. 監視者 said on Tuesday.
The 警告, by the U.S. Special 視察官 for Afghanistan 再建 (SIGAR), comes まっただ中に 普及した 恐れるs that the Afghan 軍の will struggle to 対処する with a ぼんやり現れるing 撤退 of 連合した foreign 軍隊／機動隊s after more than 17 years of 衝突.
