Ghana to 鉱夫s:"尊敬（する）・点 the land that 供給するs the riches"

CAPE TOWN, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Ghana's 大統領 Nana Akufo-Addo 需要・要求するd 採掘 取引，協定s be more 有益な for Africa on Tuesday, calling on 政府s to end 会計の incentives 伝統的に used to attract 投資 to countries long 見解（をとる）d as rife with 危険.
資源 国家主義 is high on the 協議事項 at the African 採掘 Indaba in Cape Town as 資源-持つ／拘留するing 政府s, aware of the need for international 鉱夫s to find new 探検 領土, 増加する 税金 and 王族 需要・要求するs.
Akufo-Addo, leader of Africa's second-largest gold 生産者, said that the continent's 評判 of political 不安定 was outdated and 改良s in the 支配する of 法律 should be 反映するd in countries' 関係s with 採掘 companies.
"I believe we have come of age. We should not have to give unusual 税金 and 王族s incentives. And 採掘 companies should not 推定する／予想する to make 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の 利益（をあげる）s on our continent," he told the 会議／協議会.
Over the past １０年間, a number of African 政府s have reviewed 採掘 契約s, 捜し出すing to recalibrate 共同s and 増加する their 株 of 採掘 歳入s.
Last year, Democratic 共和国 of Congo - the world's biggest 生産者 of cobalt - rewrote its 採掘 code, ignoring the 反対s of 鉱夫s. It cancelled 存在するing 安定 条項s in 契約s and raised 王族 率s across the board.
隣人ing Tanzania, once one of Africa's most attractive 裁判権s for international 投資家s, has also 割れ目d 負かす／撃墜する on the 産業, hitting gold 鉱夫 Acacia with a $190 billion 税金 法案.
The company has 論争d the （人命などを）奪う，主張する and its parent company Barrick Gold Corp is in 会談 with the 政府.
But other African nations, 含むing Angola and Ethiopia, are still 捜し出すing to use 税金 breaks to entice 投資 to their nascent 採掘 部門s.
Akufo-Addo said Africa needed 採掘 投資, but companies needed to understand their 役割 in developi ng economies.
"We want you to stay here for the long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語. 尊敬（する）・点 the land that 供給するs the riches and be part of the 変形," he said. "It's time to make Africa 繁栄する and 許す her people to 達成する a dignified 基準 of living."
He also called on his fellow African 明言する／公表するs to 設立する value-追加するd 産業s on the 支援する of their mineral wealth.
Long a major gold 生産者, Ghana is now 捜し出すing to develop its アイロンをかける 鉱石 and bauxite deposits.
Under a 取引，協定 認可するd by Ghanaian 国会議員s last year, 中国's Sinohydro Corp Ltd will 供給する $2 billion for 政府 road 事業／計画（する）s in 交流 for 精製するd bauxite 輸出（する）s.

"We cannot, and should not, continue to be 単に 輸出業者s of raw 構成要素s to other countries," he said.
