MOSCOW, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Russia's largest oil 生産者 Rosneft said on Tuesday the political 激変 in Venezuela was only 一時的な, while the country had 削減（する） its 負債, and 推定する／予想するd its own total oil 生産（高） to grow in 2019.
