Canadian 上院 passes major 事業／計画（する） 査定／評価 法案 with 激しい 改正s

CALGARY, Alberta/ OTTAWA June 7 (Reuters) - The Canadian 上院 has 認可するd 法律制定 目的（とする）d at changing the way major 事業／計画（する）s such as oil pipelines are 査定する／（税金などを）課すd, with more than 180 改正s that were welcomed by the 政府 of Canada's main 天然のまま-producing 州 Alberta.
After the 投票（する） late on Thursday 法案 C-69 will now go 支援する to the House of ありふれたs where Justin Trudeau's 自由主義の 政府 must decide which 改正s it will 受託する.
The 連邦の 政府 introduced the 法案 to 実行する a 2015 選挙 誓約（する） to 簡素化する and 回復する 信用 in the 環境の 是認 過程 for major 事業／計画（する）s.
The 法律制定 in its 初めの form was ひどく …に反対するd by the oil 産業 and the Alberta 政府. Critics said it would 阻止する 投資 in the 部門 by creating 不確定 and giving too much 力／強力にする to 連邦の 大臣s to 拒否権 事業／計画（する）s.
Canada 持つ／拘留するs the world's third-largest 天然のまま reserves but has 直面するd years of 延期する in getting new 輸出（する） pipelines like TC Energy's Keystone XL built, 主要な to 天然のまま becoming bottlenecked in Alberta and billions of dollars in foreign 投資 退却／保養地ing from the energy 部門.
Alberta 首相 Jason Kenney welcomed the 上院's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to pass the 法案 with the 異常に high number of 改正s.
"While we believe the 上院's 改訂するd 見解／翻訳／版 of 法案 C-69 is still problematic, we believe that it is a very 重要な 改良, and therefore 勧める the 政府 of Canada to 許す the 法案 to proceed to 王室の assent as 修正するd."

"We are carefully considering the 上院's 提案するd 改正s and thank them for their work. Our 政府 is open to 改正s that will 強化する and 改善する the 法案," Canada's 大臣 of 環境 and 気候 Change Catherine McKenna said in a 声明.
In a separate 投票（する） on Thursday evening 上院議員s 拒絶するd a 上院 委員会 報告（する）／憶測 that recommended scrapping a 提案するd 支払い猶予／一時停止 on oil タンカーs along British Columbia's northern coast.
