U.S. starts 'unwinding' Turkey from F-35 闘士，戦闘機 jet program

事実上の／代理 U.S. 弁護 長官 Patrick Shanahan sent a letter to his Turkish 相当するもの, seen by Reuters on Friday, that laid out the steps to "unwind" Turkey from the program.

Shanahan's letter explicitly 明言する／公表するs there will be "no new F-35 training." It says there were 34 students scheduled for F-35 training later this year.
"This training will not occur because we are 一時停止するing Turkey from the F-35 program; there are no longer 必要物／必要条件s to 伸び（る） proficiencies on the systems," によれば an attachment to the letter that is 肩書を与えるd, "Unwinding Turkey's 参加 in the F-35 Program."

STRAINED RELATIONSHIP
