Trump is 確信して Mexico will 施行する new 移民／移住 取引，協定

WASHINGTON, June 8 (Reuters) - U.S. 大統領 Donald Trump 予報するd Mexico would 堅固に 施行する a new 取引，協定 under which it agreed to 拡大する a 議論の的になる 亡命 program and 上げる 安全 on its southern 国境 to 茎・取り除く Central American migrants trying to reach the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
The 取引，協定, 発表するd on Friday after three days of 交渉s in Washington, 回避するd Trump's 脅すd 課税 of 5% 輸入する 関税s on all Mexican goods starting on Monday.
"Mexico will try very hard, and if they do that, this will be a very successful 協定 between the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and Mexico," Trump wrote in a tweet on Saturday morning.
The Trump 行政 believed the 取引，協定 would "直す／買収する，八百長をする the 移民／移住 問題／発行する," 財務省 長官 Steven Mnuchin said on Saturday in a Reuters interview on the sidelines of a G20 財政／金融 会合 in Fukuoka, Japan.
Mnuchin 警告するd, however, that Trump 保持するd the 当局 to 課す 関税s if Mexico failed to 施行する the new 協定.
Trump also tweeted on Saturday that Mexico would すぐに begin buying "large 量s" of 農業の goods from U.S. 農業者s, who have been 攻撃する，衝突する hard by his 貿易（する） war with 中国 and 危険d a new blow from Mexican 報復 if Trump had 課すd 関税s.

TARIFFS 'MILES AWAY' FROM WTO PACT

上院 Democratic leader Chuck Schumer 反応するd with sarcasm about the 協定 late on Friday.
"This is a historic night!" Schumer wrote on Twitter. "Now that the problem is solved, I'm sure we won't be 審理，公聴会 any more about it in the 未来."
Under the 取引，協定, Mexico agreed to the 即座の 拡大 along the entire 国境 of a program under which the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs returns 亡命-捜し出すing migrants to Mexico to を待つ adjudication of their 事例／患者s. The program, 一般的に known as Remain in Mexico, has been operating since January in the 国境 cities of Tijuana, Mexicali and Ciudad Juarez.
The American Civil Liberties Union and other 権利s groups are 追求するing a 合法的な challenge to the program, which has returned to Mexico more than 10,390 people, mostly Central Americans.
A former director-general of the World 貿易（する） Organization (WTO), Pascal Lamy, said it was 理解できる that Mexico had sought to extricate itself from the 関税 貯蔵所d, but said Mexico ran the 危険 of more 脅しs from Trump in the 未来.

In his speech on Saturday, Lopez Obrador did not 特記する／引用する any new かかわり合い to buy more American farm 製品s.

U.S. 国境 officers 拘留するd more than 132,000 people crossing from Mexico in May, the highest level since 2006. Trump 脅すd to keep raising 輸入関税 on Mexican goods up to 25% unless Mexico 行為／法令／行動するd to 茎・取り除く what he has called an "侵略."
