Mexico central bank 持つ／拘留するs 率s 安定した but board 分裂（する）s

MEXICO CITY, June 27 (Reuters) - Mexico's central bank held its （判断の）基準 利益／興味 率 安定した on Thursday, as 推定する／予想するd, although as worries over the economy grew, the board was not 部隊d in its 決定／判定勝ち（する） for the first time since two new members joined at the start of 2019.
In a 声明, the Bank of Mexico (Banxico) said one member had 投票（する）d to lower borrowing costs by 25 basis points, while the 残りの人，物 of the five-strong board 選ぶd to 持つ／拘留する the 夜通し interbank 率 不変の at 8.25%.

All 16 分析家s and 経済学者s 調査するd in a Reuters 投票 had 予測（する） that Banxico would keep its 重要な lending 率 at 8.25%, the level it has been at since Dec. 20.
The bank said some inflationary 危険s had 増加するd and some had 減らすd since its last 通貨の 政策 会合 on May 16, and it struck a downbeat 公式文書，認める on the 見通し for the economy.
"The balance of 危険s for growth has become more uncertain and the downward bias has 増加するd," the bank said.
Some 分析家s saw the 最新の 通貨の 政策 決定／判定勝ち（する） as 証拠 the bank was getting closer to cutting 利益／興味 率s, which are at their highest since 2008.

Other 分析家s were more skeptical.
The bank did not sa y which board member had 投票（する）d against 持つ／拘留するing 率s 安定した, though minutes from the last 通貨の 政策 会合 申し込む／申し出d a 可能性のある 手がかり（を与える）.
During that 開会／開廷／会期, one new board member, Gerardo Esquivel, dissented on the トン of the 施政方針演説, calling it too hawkish and worrying that the bank's language was 燃料ing higher インフレーション 期待s, the minutes showed.
Esquivel, who had been tapped as 副 大蔵大臣 in the Lopez Obrador 行政 before moving to the bank at short notice, 投票（する）d to 持つ／拘留する 率s 安定した in May.
He and Jonathan ヒース／荒れ地, a 井戸／弁護士席-known 私的な 経済学者 who was 以前 長，指導者 経済学者 for HSBC bank in Mexico, were 批准するd to serve on the bank's board in January.
Alfredo Coutino, an 経済学者 at Moody's Analytics, said even though インフレーション 緩和するd to 4.0% in the first half of June, 核心 インフレーション was rising and 条件s did not look 都合のよい for the bank to be cutting 率s soon.
