Path to 力／強力にする or 毒（薬）d chalice: Merkel 被保護者 takes 弁護 職業

BERLIN, July 17 (Reuters) - （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Angela Merkel's 被保護者, Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer, took over as 弁護 大臣 on Wednesday, entering the 閣僚 in a move likely to make or break her chances of 後継するing her 助言者 as Germany's leader by 2021.
Ursula 出身の der Leyen's 昇進／宣伝 to European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 大統領，／社長 vacated the 弁護 地位，任命する and Kramp-Karrenbauer, anxious to build her experience and chancellorship 信任状, grabbed it.

Kramp-Karrenbauer's political fortunes have 病弱なd after a 一連の gaffes this year, and the 弁護 大臣の地位 is bound to 上げる her profile. But the move 危険s backfiring as she 相続するs the 仕事 of 生き返らせるing a demoralized and under-equipped Bundeswehr 疫病／悩ますd by スキャンダルs and 右翼 extremism.
"大臣 and party 長，指導者 - is (doing) that even possible?," 集まり-selling daily Bild asked on Wednesday.
Carsten Nickel, 副 director of 研究 at consultancy Teneo, for one thinks it should be. "She will serve in one of the most challenging 地位，任命するs but has won the 適切な時期 to grow beyond party politicking and 伸び（る） stature in European and 全世界の politics," he said.
Her 支持者s feel the CDU 議長，司会を務める alone will not give her enough of a 壇・綱領・公約.
