Mercosur leaders 会合，会う in Argentina, EU 取引，協定 in 焦点（を合わせる）

SANTA FE, Argentina, July 17 (Reuters) - South American leaders from the 地域's Mercosur 貿易（する） 圏 will 会合，会う on Wednesday in Argentina, with 計画（する）s for how to 急速な／放蕩な 跡をつける a recently struck 自由貿易 を取り引きする the European Union likely to be at the 中心 of discussions.
The 大統領，／社長s of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay will appear together in the city of Santa Fe, in Argentina's Pampas 穀物s belt, いっそう少なく than a month after agreeing the 目印 取引，協定.
The 取引，協定, 20 years in the making, 示すs a rare 勝利，勝つ for 自由貿易 まっただ中に 増加するing 全世界の 保護貿易主義, though it still needs to be 批准するd, in 原則, by the different 国家の 議会s 伴う／関わるd. Mercosur leaders, however, 示すd they were keen to find a way to 速度(を上げる） up 実施 of the 取引，協定.
"We are all in 好意 that the 取引，協定 could have a 一時的に 入ること／参加（者） point, because of the discussions each member (of Mercosur) is having with their own 議会s," Argentine 外務大臣 Jorge Faurie told reporters late on Tuesday.
Horacio Reyser, the country's 長官 of international 経済的な relations, 追加するd the 取引，協定 should be able to come into 影響 provisionally with the 協定 of the European 議会, even before each member 明言する／公表する 調印するd off.
The 取引，協定 between two of the world's largest 貿易（する） 圏s has been 元気づけるd by leaders in both 地域s, though it has raised some 関心s about rising 競争 の中で 農業者s in Europe and 産業の 部門s such as automobiles in South America.
The Mercosur 貿易（する） 圏 also now has its 注目する，もくろむ on その上の 貿易（する） 取引，協定s, 含むing longer-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 discussions for an 協定 with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
The 圏 is also in 交渉s with the EFTA 圏 - made up of アイスランド, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland - and with Canada to reach 条約s 類似の to the one agreed with the EU.
Faurie said a を取り引きする EFTA could be stuck in the second half of the year and with Canada i n the first half of 2020.
The 大統領，／社長s of Bolivia and Chile, not formal Mercosur members but with の近くに 関係 in the 地域, will also 参加する in the 首脳会議 of leaders in Santa Fe, where there was a strong police presence in the streets on Wednesday.
The 会合 will see Brazil take over the 大統領／総裁などの地位 of the Mercosur 貿易（する） 圏 from Argentina.
