Iran 核の 取引，協定 parties 会合，会う after month of 摩擦
VIENNA, July 28 (Reuters) - Parties to Iran's 2015 核の 取引，協定 met in Vienna on Sunday for 緊急 会談 called in 返答 to an escalation in 緊張s between Iran and the West that 含むd 対決s at sea and Tehran's 違反s of the （許可，名誉などを）与える.
Britain, フラン, Germany, Russia, 中国 and Iran have been trying to 海難救助 the 協定／条約 since the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs withdrew from it in May 2018 and re-課すd and toughened 許可／制裁s on Iran, 手足を不自由にする／（物事を）損なうing an already weak economy.
The European-led 成果／努力s to 保護する 貿易（する） with Iran against the U.S. 許可／制裁s have 産する／生じるd nothing 固める／コンクリート so far. Earlier this month, Tehran followed through on its 脅し to 増加する its 核の activities in 違反 of the 協定.
"All our steps taken so far are reversible if other parties to the 取引，協定 fulfil their かかわり合いs," an Iranian 外交官 told Reuters before the 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の 会合 was 予定 to start.
In 返答 to the 許可／制裁s, Iran said in May it would 減少（する） its かかわり合いs under the 核の 協定／条約. Under the 取引，協定, most international 許可／制裁s against Tehran were 解除するd in return for 制限s on its 核の work.
So far, Iran has 違反d the 限界 of its 濃厚にするd ウラン 備蓄（する） 同様に as 濃厚にするing ウラン beyond a 3.67% 潔白 限界 始める，決める by its を取り引きする major 力／強力にするs, 反抗するing a 警告 by Europeans to stick to the 取引，協定 にもかかわらず U.S. 許可／制裁s.
The U.N. 核の 監視者, policing the 取引，協定, has 確認するd the 対策 発表するd by Tehran.
"(貿易（する） 乗り物) INSTEX , along with other 対策, will be discussed in the 会合. Other parties should 加速する their 成果／努力s, さもなければ Iran will take a third step," the 外交官 said.
SANCTIONS
The 会合 in Vienna comes after Iran´s エリート 革命の Guards 掴むd a British-flagged oil タンカー on July 19, two weeks after British 軍隊s 逮捕（する）d an Iranian oil タンカー 近づく Gibraltar which it said was 侵害する／違反するing 許可／制裁s on Syria.
Iran's 上級の 核の ne gotiator Abbas Araqchi said on Sunday Britain's seizure of the Iranian oil タンカー was a 違反 of the 核の 協定／条約.
"We 証言，証人／目撃するd the seizure of an oil タンカー carrying Iranian oil in the 海峡 of Gibraltar which in our 見解（をとる） is a 違反 of (the 核の 取引，協定)," Araqchi said.
"And the countries who are part of (the 核の 取引，協定) shouldn't create 障害s for the 輸出（する） of Iranian oil."
Britain has called for a European-led 海軍の 使節団 to 確実にする 安全な shipping through the 海峡 of Hormuz, a 決定的な international oil shipping 大勝する. An Iranian 政府 広報担当者 said on Sunday such a 使節団 would send a "敵意を持った message".
Britain said on Sunday 王室の 海軍 破壊者 HMS Duncan had arrived in the 湾 to join a British フリゲート艦 護衛するing British-flagged ships through the 海峡.
Iran has 脅すd to 混乱に陥れる／中断させる oil 出荷／船積みs through the 水路, where several oil タンカーs have been attacked, if the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs tries to strangle its economy with 許可／制裁s on its 決定的な oil 輸出（する）s.
