Russia says 去っていく／社交的な U.S. （外交）使節／代表 failed to 改善する poor 関係
MOSCOW, Aug 7 (Reuters) - Russia called 去っていく／社交的な U.S. 外交官／大使 to Russia Jon Huntsman a professional 外交官 late on Tuesday, but said he had been unable to 改善する 乱打するd Russia-U.S. 関係 because he had been hamstrung by 国内の U.S. politics, TASS news 機関 報告（する）／憶測d.
Huntsman, who was 任命するd by U.S. 大統領 Donald Trump in 2017, said in a 辞職 letter 循環させるd by U.S. マスコミ that he was stepping 負かす／撃墜する after a two-year 任期 影を投げかけるd by U.S. 許可／制裁s on Moscow and tit-for-tat 外交の 追放s.
