中国 制限するs opioid in tighter painkiller 支配（する）／統制するs
BEIJING, Aug 7 (Reuters) - 中国 has 課すd new 制限s on the opioid oxycodone, its 麻薬 regulator said, as the country 強化するs 支配（する）／統制する of its painkillers 産業 in the 戦う／戦い against 麻薬 中毒.
Oxycodone, の中で the 激しい-義務 painkillers 非難するd for the deadly opioid 危機 in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, will be 分類するd as a pyschotropic 麻薬 in some 公式化s and 要求する more 是認s to produce or 定める／命ずる them, the 国家の 医療の 製品s 行政 said late on Tuesday.
Oral solid 公式化s with more than 5 mg of oxycodone per 部隊 will be categorized as first-class psychotropic 麻薬s from Sept. 1, the 機関 said.
公式化s with いっそう少なく than 5 mg of oxycodone per 部隊, 同様に as 合成物 oral solid 公式化s with buprenorphine and naloxone, will be categorized as second-class psychotropic 麻薬s at the same time, it said.
Under 現在の 法律s, first class pyschotropic 麻薬s are banned from sale to 小売 顧客s, and second class 製品s cannot be sold to minors.
The 法律s also 要求する 明言する／公表する 是認s for 製薬の 会社／堅いs to use first-class psychotropic 麻薬s as active 成分s in their 製品s, and hospitals can only 購入（する） these 製品s from 供給者s 指定するd by 当局. Chinese マスコミ have 発言する／表明するd 関心 over oxycodone 中毒 in the country. 財政上の magazine Caixin 報告（する）／憶測ing in March that opioid 使用者s accounted for 38.1% of the 2.5 million people who were known to have 乱用d 麻薬s in 中国 in 2016.
Liu Xiaodong, a professor at 中国 製薬の University, said the tighter 支配（する）／統制するs would help to 減ずる the 違法な use of oxycodone.
"Many 薬／医学s are useful, but 乱用ing them would turn them into (illicit) 麻薬s," Liu told Reuters.
麻薬s produced in 中国 have become a contentious 問題／発行する in relations with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
