Aug 7 (Stateline) - The Trump 行政 wants to 減少（する） an Obama-時代 支配する designed to 確実にする that there are enough doctors to care for Medicaid 患者s.
明言する／公表する health 公式の／役人s say the 支配する, which 要求するs 明言する／公表するs to 監視する whether Medicaid reimbursement 率s are high enough to keep doctors in the program, 軍隊s them to spend a lot of time collecting and 分析するing data with little 利益. That, in turn, could lead to longer wait times to see providers still 参加するing in Medicaid or 軍隊 患者s to travel longer distances to reach providers remaining in the program.
