(Reuters Health) - Moving to a new home during the first three months of pregnancy may 追加する 強調する/ストレスs that 増加する a woman's 危険 of having a premature birth, low birth 負わせる and a baby that's small for its gestational age, 示唆するs a U.S. 熟考する/考慮する.

Women who are considering moving while 妊娠している could work with their healthcare providers to make 計画(する)s to move and 確実にする the proper support is in place, the 報告(する)/憶測's authors advise in the 定期刊行物 of Epidemiology & Community Health.

"Moving is pretty ありふれた during pregnancy, and it makes sense because it's a time in people's lives to think about 拡大するing to a larger house or finding a new place to raise a child," said Julia 社債 of the University of Washington School of Public Health in Seattle, who led the new 研究.

Previous 熟考する/考慮するs 見積(る) that up to a 4半期/4分の1 of 妊娠している women in the U.S. move, she 追加するd.

"Don't panic and think you can't move," 社債 told Reuters Health by phone. "It's 簡単に 価値(がある) talking about 可能性のある stressors with your doctor."

The 研究員s 分析するd Washington 明言する/公表する birth 証明書 data from 2007-2014 to 査定する/(税金などを)課す whether 28,000 women who moved during the first trimester of their pregnancies had a higher 危険 of low birthweight, preterm birth and smaller-sized 幼児s, as compared with 112,000 women who did not move.

The 熟考する/考慮する team defined preterm birth as いっそう少なく than 37 weeks gestation and low birthweight as いっそう少なく than 2500 grams, or about 5.5 続けざまに猛撃するs. Babies in the 底(に届く) 10% in size for their gestational age were considered small.

After adjusting for other factors that could 影響(力) these 結果s, such as maternal age, 結婚の/夫婦の status, education, income, race and health 保険, 研究員s 設立する moving was still associated with 増加するd 危険s.

の中で women who moved, there was a 9.1% 危険 of preterm birth, compared with 6.4% for those who didn't move. 類似して, when women moved, the 危険 of low birthweight was 6.4% and small size 9.8%, compared with 4.5% and 8.7%, それぞれ, の中で women who didn't move.

Although moving was tied to preterm births and low birthweight in all socioeconomic strata, women who moved during their first trimester were more likely to be in their teens or 20s, to 欠如(する) a high school degree, to live in an area with a median 世帯 income below $40,000 and to 欠如(する) prenatal care, and they were いっそう少なく likely to be married.

"If anything, this identifies moving as an (危険などに)さらす 価値(がある) 調査/捜査するing, but there are many unanswered questions," 社債 said. "There may be no downside to moving if you have movers and family to help, for instance, but I can imagine it would be a 抱擁する stressor if you were 立ち退かせるd."

The 熟考する/考慮する wasn't designed to 証明する that moving 影響(力)s birth 結果s. One 制限 is that 研究員s were unable to tell whether women moved into more or いっそう少なく 望ましい 場所s, the authors 公式文書,認める. Also, they only 含むd live births, so they couldn't 熟考する/考慮する whether moving 影響する/感情s pregnancy loss or stillbirth.

全体にわたる, moving may 影響する/感情 pregnancy 予定 to the physical 緊張する, disruptions to social support, 無(不)能 to 得る 正規の/正選手 healthcare, or the psychosocial 強調する/ストレス of moving itself, the authors 令状.

Other stressors before a child's birth, such as 職業 loss or a death in the family, could also 影響する/感情 childhood health and 結果s, said Annette Evans of Cardiff University in the UK, who wasn't 伴う/関わるd in the 熟考する/考慮する.

"居住の moves may 示す a more 大混乱/混沌とした lifestyle," she said by email. "If possible, try to 最小限に減らす the 強調する/ストレス experienced when moving house in 早期に pregnancy."
