WELLINGTON, Aug 8 (Reuters) - New Zealand's central bank 知事 said on Thursday that it was easily within the 利ざやs of error of the bank's 予測（する）s that 消極的な 利益／興味 率s may be needed when trying to 刺激する the economy.
