Indonesia 大統領，／社長 正式に 提案するs relocating 資本／首都 to Borneo
JAKARTA, Aug 16 (Reuters) - Indonesian 大統領 Joko Widodo on Friday 正式に 提案するd to 議会 a 計画（する） to move the country's 資本／首都 from Jakarta, on the （人が）群がるd island of Java, to Kalimantan on the island of Borneo.
Widodo made the 提案 during his 明言する／公表する of the union speech at 議会, a day before the country celebrates its 74th independence 周年記念日.
"I hereby request your 許可 to move our 国家の 資本／首都 to Kalimantan," said Widodo, who will be sworn in for a second 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 in October after winning April's 選挙.
"A 資本／首都 city is not just a symbol of 国家の 身元, but also a 代表 of the 進歩 of the nation. This is for the 現実化 of 経済的な equality and 司法（官）," he said, without 明示するing the exact 場所 for the new 資本／首都.
